The room was super cool, however it needed some TLC. It has literally 5 toilets and is basically a large high end apartment, but again, needed some updating.

We ended up in a Stay Well king room with a view of the fountains. The view was amazing, the room was amazing and honestly it was one of the coolest rooms we have stayed in.

The staff was amazing! Aaron Wynn in VIP services started reaching out to me well before we arrived. This continued throughout our stay and every question and request was answered and met with nothing but professionalism and genuine care.

Everything was flawless, even after we downgraded our room. The crazy thing was I know Mr. Wynn was responsible for numerous guests, but my wife and I thought we may be the only ones staying at the hotel.

He truly made our stay perfect and even after we left, sent a very nice email. Again, I know this is his job, however to do his job, it takes a very special person.

The other members of the staff were also amazing, from the dealers to security and restaurant employees, everyone was great. Douglas in the VIP lounge was super welcoming and we had a few great conversations with him.

Everything about our trip was seamless, even with the room switch. No issues on the bill, literally nothing bad happened.

My only other advice, other than updating some rooms, would be getting rid of the smell of smoke in the casino. However, I feel this will never go away and other then the Wynn, every casino had the same smell.

It just sticks to your clothes. This was the first time I stayed in Vegas. We did not go to gamble, we went to see it all.
